Sewa ed LeaderBoard to drive greater inclusion and representation for South Asian communities in sport. With a ion for football and fitness, he’s been involved with Active Life Club to raise the profile of ethnically diverse participation. As a South Asian himself, Sewa brings lived experience of the barriers facing ethnically diverse groups in sport. Currently studying for an MSc in Sports Management and pursuing a PhD exploring underrepresentation in sport, he aims to influence change through research, advocacy, and governance. LeaderBoard will help him build networks, grow his leadership skills, and contribute meaningfully to creating more inclusive sporting spaces. 60445w
