Krishna ed LeaderBoard to drive systemic change and champion equity in sport. With over 25 years of experience as an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) specialist, she currently leads EDI at Cricket Scotland. Her ion for fairness and community empowerment led her to found the Asian Women’s Advice Group, ing ethnically diverse women through culturally sensitive advocacy. Krishna brings deep knowledge of structural inequality, a strong leadership ethos, and a commitment to inclusive transformation. Through LeaderBoard, she aims to elevate her board-level leadership skills and influence strategic decisions that ensure equitable access to sport for all communities across Scotland.
