Ammara ed LeaderBoard to promote inclusivity and representation in outdoor activities and sport, especially encouraging more women and ethnically diverse communities to participate. As a Pakistani Scottish equity and inclusion officer for The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, she works to extend opportunities for young people from diverse backgrounds.
