Lasswade Gymnastics Club is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Women's Artistic Level 3 Coach to our team and help grow our Women's Artistic Section. This role is perfect for someone ionate about coaching gymnasts competing at FIG, Excel, and Performance levels.
Salary: Direct Coaching rate is £14.47-£15.58 per hour dependant on Qualification Level.
Contract: Part-time Permanent Employment. This is an Employed post, which provides 5.6 Weeks of Annual Leave, Pension and funding for D opportunities and coaching qualifications
Hours: Up to 21 hours per week initially, with potential to increase
Schedule: Flexible hours within our programme, which runs Tuesday to Thursday evenings, Friday afternoon/evening, and all-day Sunday.

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging coaching sessions for gymnasts to the level of qualification.
- Develop progressive session plans for the short- and long-term development of the gymnasts.
- Attend competitions and events as required.
Person Specification: 6t5q45
- Minimum of Level 3 coaching qualification in Women's Artistic, with a commitment to progress towards Level 4 / 5.
- Current Safeguarding and Protecting Children Certificate, and PVG.
- Value and prioritise gymnasts' happiness and well-being, while motivating and encouraging gymnasts to achieve new skills.
- Knowledge and experience of the current WAG Pathways.
- ion for coaching gymnasts on FIG, Excel and Performance competitive pathways.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, and individually.
